Access to Paid Server forum

Why can't I access the Paid Server forum? It tells me that I do not have permission. It was ok till yesterday. How can I subscribe to cardshare if I can't access this forum?

seems stupid not to let people see as we just go and use other sites, and as i understand it the thing that makes sites worth money is the traffic so its like shooting yourself in the foot
