:( going nuts here win 7+ dvbviewer+ hadu but cannot connect

hi all im a newbie :)
ive got win 7 and dvbviewerpro+ hadu latest virsion+ and hadu server editor, i got a trial 24hr pass to see if this all works, but i only pick up free channels and when in monitor on hadu it says connecting for a while then stopped then connecting then stopped.

this is all i can get so far ive dropped my virus and firewalls allsorts.

anyone got any ideas..... p.s ive been reading on here and alot of you are way to clever so speak sloooowly for me please

id like to update ive got it working :) incredible ...:) but it stats then stops then then starts and some user per loggin but im getting their.
