I have the new RTVI Viacess 4 Card 0500:42300

I have tryed in CCcam and Scam !

No Luck!

Can anyone help me?

I dont understand Russian and maybe the Card is not activated and also dont know how to activate it!

Please help me!

Try OSCAM for that. Should works.
At least this card is included in supported cards:
