Newcamd(WinCSC) and irdeto

Sometimes when using WinCSC and a newcamd server i get the following error:
Wrong IRDETO CHID = 00 (numbers are semi-random)
and i cant decrypt the key.
I tried with wincsc 1.2-1.3-1.4 and with css 4.001(2,3)

Any help?
