boxkey wont work in cccam 2.1.3

hi guys i managed to get 2 boxes flashed with nabillosat darkstar 11 and installed cccam 2,1.3 on them. i have them showing all the basic channels like sky one/gold/bravo but the sports and movies are still locked. i know i need to enter in my boxkey in to cccam.config using dcc, i have gotten my boxkey and entered it in to cccam.config but its not working. in line 317 in cccam.config i have boxkey:/dev/sci0 00 01 02 03 (obviously the boxkey is just an example) my first question is have i entered it in the correct line as there is an other line above it line 311 overrule boxkey ,<device><byte1><byte2><byte3><byte4>. if i have it in the correct line and the line looks ok if its not working would that mean my boxkey has to be incorrect. i have read a lot on this but cant get anything definative, my box serial number (that i got from the menu system info)starts with 00 and the 17 number box number at the rear of the box starts with 0, i have read this can cause you to get the incorrect boxkey(as you drop the 0,but i have two 0s) if so can anyone direct me to where i can get a boxkey generator that will give an accurate boxkey. be great if anyone can help out.

got the boxkey problem fixed. i opened cccam2.1.3 then connected to the dm500s, clicked on ftp, then double clicked on var, then double click on etc, then one click on cccam.config, then right click and you will see options. options 1 =view,option 2= edit, so i clicked on edit. i scrolled down to line 317, on the line below 318 i deleted the # symbol and typed in boxkey: /dev/sci0 -- -- -- -- (you enter your 8 digit boxkey here)then click on exit and save and now i have access to the movies and sports.
