No ECM REQUEST

hi everyone
i have cccam 2.1.2 on Dm500s Pli jade 3.0
i have a little problem it cant open some channel like Showtime srg swiss & other providers i notice that i have thease providers on hop1 or hop2 at least & it should decrypt normally, but all others works perfectyl
i saw that on undecypted channel there is no ecm request so cccam doesnt grab the key
and on the decypted channels the emc info is availible & channel decypted
any one have an idea the reopen these bouquet?

search for another good one
