How can I block hops 4,5,6 cards ?

Wonder how to block hops 4,5,6 cards.I'm getting hop 4,5,6 from servers who give me basic clines,can I add { 0:0:3 } at the end of their cline or can I do something else?:punk3_h4h:

Their cline would look like C: server.com port user pass so I can add { 0:0:3 } myself even though their fline would not have { 0:0:3 } at the end?
