I have some trouble in receiving sky it and sky uk. they freeze all the time.is there a solution for that? thank you

Give as more information about problem.Example are the sky cards on hop1 or more,what is your ping and ping of your peer,are you downloading something from net while are you watching sky package????With more informations we could help
