Please help with streaming

I am trying to stream from my Dreambox 500 (nabiliosat image) to my laptop while I am away from home. I have read the tutorials and have tried to follow them correctly, I have downloaded VLC 8.0.6d and I can log into my dreambox and bring up the Nabilosat channel page trough my dynamic IP but all I get is a message on a black screen saying 'NO VIDEO' (this happens when I have tried to test this at home too)I have tried through web-x and VLC.
I have checked that ports 80,8080 and 21 are all open on my home router at home.

Can anyone point me in the right direction and advise.

Hi!
I tried it same situation in DM 7020, and not succeded to stream.
Otherwise try to use only the VLC button on the webinterface instead of web-X.
When the window pop up you just select open, and the VLC will start imediately.
