card sharing and media portal for SKY

is there a way i can use my PC, that has a Black Gold 3600 quad tuner card in it, to recieve SKY via a card share? here's a link to the tuner:

it uses BDA drivers i belive.

the PC spec is:

4gb ram
two samsung 2tb hdds
