help gbox sssp

hey there, i am new to this satellite thing. i googled about gbox sssp as i saw it in my reciever and found that it is a way to share the cards. i tried it with free servers but i always get this msg:server1: Socket error, reconnect!
when i turn the receiver on and zap to the scrumbled channel. what do i do wrong hier? and whats the problem?

i just need to know ;)
