NewCS 1.62 Can't Read More than 9 Cards

HI every one ,,

I have problem with my NewCS 1.62 ..

my OS is : Linux Ubuntu 8.02

I have 11 Cards Local Connected with my Server Very will and NewCS Program can read it very will look at the Photo

but if I go to the "NewCamd Users"

I can't see the last card 10Card's and 11Card's

Note: I try to change the card and change the card reader and change the cable and change the power ... BUT SAME PROBLEM ..
