Please recommend a box

Hello all

Can you recommend a box for me please, it MUST have:

* HD tuner
* Uses NAS (Synology Box share) to record programmes (and perhaps also can use this to play media?)
* Decent EPG - ideally 7 day with advance programme record (record days in advance)
* Upgradeable to a decent boot,image and cs protocol.

Any other feature / appearance / characteristic is not required, so is of limited interest.
