We have had lots of problems with 2.0.8 on server box.
Clients were fine, but having 2.0.8 on server box resulted in freezsing on peer's boxes.
We fixed this by loading 2.0.5 on server box and all is 100% now again.

Sky Italia still dark, solution can appear until version 2.1.5!:confused:

Tricolor TV now works trough CS, has all other providers that use Dre-Crypt, Irdeto2 in 39E and 9E!;)

Sky UK cards don't need NewCS anymore, they work with this Cam in stand alone mode!:D

I´m having trouble using Viaccess Cards (freex) in internal card readers on Dreambox 8000.
Works fine with CCcam 2.0.11, but with ervery newer version card will not detected.

Anyone else having these problems or a solution for this?

Have a relatively simple questions, but without an answer since:
1. How many F / C lines a CCcam can handle on a DM? Seems the number is limited.
2. Is anybody willing to post a simple config for activating a smart card on DM 600 pvr. I hope the question is not against the rules of the forum. I have an absolutely legal Irdeto card CAID 604, but cannot use it. Dreambox 600 pvr, Gemini 4.60, CCcam 2.1.3
Would be happy if someone helps. Can be done by PM also.

Hi,

I note above that this version of 2.2.1 is specifically for the evolution image.

I have tried to install a, hopefully, general purpose version onto my Nabilosat E1 image which came with a preinstalled CCcam 2.1.2 version on a DM500s.

I put the file into the /tmp folder and installed using the manual loading sequence ( yellow button>>>yellow button). This seems to install properly and when I later press the blue button you can see that you can run either 2.1.2 or 2.2.1.

The problem is that when I invoke 2.1.2, this cam runs and I get a picture but when I invoke 2.2.1 it seems to run also but no picture.

I also note that when I Telnet the box with : find -name "*cam*" -print , to see where the installations are placed , the system returns with the location for CCcam_2.1.2 but not with the file CCcam_2.2.1 as it should.

Any help please?
